Delivery Areas: All over India
Delivery Time:
Local (Khandwa & nearby) – 1 to 2 days
Metro Cities – 3 to 5 days
Other States – 5 to 7 days
Shipping Charges:
Orders above ₹999 – Free Delivery
Orders below ₹999 – ₹50–₹100 (depending on location)
Tracking Facility: Tracking ID will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp once the order is confirmed.
Packaging: All products are securely packed in safety boxes and bubble wrap.
2️⃣ For Offline (In-Store) Purchases
Instant Delivery: Get your product immediately upon purchase.
Local Home Delivery:
Within 5 km – Free Delivery
5–15 km – ₹30–₹50
Advance Booking: If your preferred size or model is out of stock, you can book it in advance with payment, and it will be delivered to your home within 2–5 days.
3️⃣ Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery (if the size doesn’t fit or if there’s a defect).
Custom-designed products are not eligible for return/refund.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (if the fault is from the customer’s side).

डिलीवरी क्षेत्र: पूरे भारत में
डिलीवरी समय:
लोकल (खंडवा और आस-पास) – 1 से 2 दिन
मेट्रो सिटी – 3 से 5 दिन
अन्य राज्य – 5 से 7 दिन
शिपिंग चार्ज:
₹999 से ऊपर के ऑर्डर पर – फ्री डिलीवरी
₹999 से कम के ऑर्डर पर – ₹50–₹100 (एरिया के अनुसार)
ट्रैकिंग सुविधा: ऑर्डर कन्फर्म होते ही ट्रैकिंग आईडी SMS/WhatsApp पर भेजी जाएगी।
पैकिंग: सभी प्रोडक्ट सेफ्टी बॉक्स और बबल रैप में पैक किए जाते हैं।
2️⃣ ऑफलाइन (स्टोर से खरीदारी) के लिए
तुरंत डिलीवरी: स्टोर से खरीदने पर प्रोडक्ट तुरंत प्राप्त करें।
होम डिलीवरी (लोकल):
5 किमी के अंदर – फ्री डिलीवरी
5–15 किमी – ₹30–₹50
एडवांस बुकिंग: अगर आपका पसंदीदा साइज या मॉडल स्टॉक में नहीं है, तो एडवांस पेमेंट करके बुक कर सकते हैं, जो 2–5 दिन में आपके घर पहुंच जाएगा।
3️⃣ रिटर्न और एक्सचेंज पॉलिसी
प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के अंदर एक्सचेंज/रिटर्न किया जा सकता है (यदि साइज फिट नहीं है या डिफेक्ट है)।
कस्टम डिज़ाइन वाले प्रोडक्ट का रिटर्न/रिफंड नहीं होगा।
रिटर्न शिपिंग चार्ज ग्राहक को वहन करना होगा (अगर गलती ग्राहक की तरफ से है)।
